– – hahaha I ate so bad today. Maybe 2,000 calories? Honestly I didn’t know I was gonna change my lifestyle today until maybe 8pm Central Time in my rain shower! I ate a donut and had coffee this morning, as well as I ate a ton of small candies and finished the day with ice cream. Oh god. This, my friends, is not going to be easy. DO. IT. FOR. THE. PANTS. So lets start with goals shall we? Because obviously I haven’t achieved any. #1: Stick to 1,200 calories per day. I got this number from a nutrition specialist I used to see a few years back. Because of my age and metabolism and all that jazz she gave me that number. I’m sticking to it. #2: Workout 5 times a week. This sounds intense and already feels like a stretch, but I’m sleeping in the bed i’ve made right now and really not enjoying it, so something has to change. #3: Stop weighing myself. I don’t really care at all about the number on the scale, I’m really just trying to drop inches off my belly so that I can wear some damn pants. FUck the stupid scale. #4: dry summer. And no, this doesn’t mean I’m not going to the pool. hahaha #5: blog about my journey at least 3 times a week #6: track my calorie intake every day, no cheating. I really would like to get better at measuring my food so that I know exactly what I’m putting in my body.
